We would check all products to be in good condition before shipping. Should an item delivered be damaged, do inform us upon receiving of the goods, we will replace it for you.
NOTE: Only Dtone, Dgreen and Bumper Playmat can be exchanged. Other items not stated here will not be able to exchange especially overseas spree food items.
Dented bottle or package is not considered damaged because it does not affect the safety or potency of the product inside.
Shipping Policy
Enjoy Free Door to Door courier service with any purchases above SGD 70/- , or any others stated, to any part of the Singapore island except Sentosa and Jurong Island. Customers may request to tag alone those non-free delivery items together without any additional charge.
Otherwise, for standard door to door courier service will be SGD 4.99/- flat rate to any part of the Singapore island except Sentosa and Jurong Island.
For preferred / fixed / controlled / urgent delivery schedule requested by customers, door-to-door courier service will be SGD 12/- flat rate to any part of the Singapore island except Sentosa and Jurong Island.
Customers may opt for Singpost Smartpac with a tracking number which is only an additional $4.70/-. But please note that subject to whether the items can fit into the box. Please read more at http://www.singpost.com/delivery-solutions/smartpac.html
*Please note that FREE SHIPPING means Singpost Normal Mail/Postage without tracking number. But please note that we will not be liable for any missing parcel. You may wish to add an additional $4.70/- (optional) for the tracking number.
